Personality: Shes really an overgrown child. She adores mischief, sweets and cute things. Although her definition of cute is twinged with morbid things, like skulls [of course] shrunken heads, and rag dolls. She's an inquisitive person. She'll ask what, who, why, and bother anyone like no other. She's an adventurous child that's always dreamed of setting out to sea. She cannot live by herself or she might die. She needs someone to moderately look after her or she'll probably fall over scrape her knee and die. Or be eaten by sharpedos.
History:
As a young girl she listened intently with wide eyes as her burly big father spin his tale of the high seas. All the adventure! The drama! The hardships! The muchness of the sea just intrigued her. As a young girl she ran around with a stick waving it about and wearing a bandana for an eyepatch like her father's. This warmed the old man's heart but it gravely infuriated her mother.
Growing up instead of the sea being nothing but a child fancy like her mother wished it to be it became an obsession of the mincnino. By now her father called her affectionately as Critter, which he said would be a suiting pirate name for her. Her mother however was vehemently against it for the obvious reasons. Their daughter out on dangerous seas, she ought to be married, blah blah blah. When her mother introduced some boring landlubber of a bidooff the minccino just got the shivers. Until her mother declared he is to be married to her. Critter was down right furious and fussed and cursed about like a sailor.
Her father later that night came to her downhearted and held her in his arms. For once the happy little sailor was heartbroken and the old brute couldn't see his pearl so broken. He gave her some money and directed her to where she can get herself a little boat and set off.

You remember that guy from Sinbad. The one that filled a whole table with weapons concealed on him? Yeah she's the female version.
Long range fighting. She's a sharp shot with cannons.
Moveset:
Tickle - Lowers the target's attack and defense by one stage
Thief - Takes the target's item.
Hyper Voice - Inflicts regular damage with no additional effect.
Thunder bolt - Has a 10% chance to paralyze the target.
Funfacts:
She can and does use her tail as a pillow.
When she tells you she'll steal something of yours.... She's not kidding. Friend or foe. If she likes it she'll have it.
She can aim and fire as long as she sees no casualties. Once she sees blood she runs away.
